Sites with scope to create additional lots or dwellings. We consider access, servicing, planning constraints, local demand and the practical pathway to delivery.
Banks Property Group identifies, evaluates and develops property opportunities.
We acquire property with possibility — and turn considered ideas into purposeful developments.
Every property has a present condition, a range of possibilities and a future shaped by the decisions made today.
At Banks Property Group, we seek to understand what exists, identify opportunities for improvement and develop the strategies required to turn potential into tangible property outcomes.
Understand the asset.
We examine the property's current condition, use, financial performance, market position and development constraints.
Reveal the possibilities.
We explore alternative uses, subdivision, renovation, redevelopment, repositioning and other opportunities to create value.
Deliver the outcome.
We establish the preferred strategy, coordinate the required resources and work towards delivering the selected property outcome.
From existing assets with untapped potential to new development opportunities, our focus is on understanding what exists today, exploring what could be achieved and developing the strategies required to deliver better property outcomes.
Banks Property Group Pty Ltd is a property acquisition and development business focused on identifying what a site could become, understanding what it will take, and delivering a commercially considered outcome.
From a well-located subdivision to a renovation, a small residential development or an underused commercial asset, we look for opportunities where practical improvements can create lasting value.
We focus on the opportunity within the asset, with a clear view of the market it will serve.
Sites with scope to create additional lots or dwellings. We consider access, servicing, planning constraints, local demand and the practical pathway to delivery.
Existing properties where a better layout, thoughtful refurbishment or a change in presentation can improve usability, appeal and market positioning.
Residential, commercial and industrial assets with scope for a more productive use, improved accommodation or a stronger income profile, subject to feasibility and approvals.
Every project starts with a question: can we make this property work better?
Experience helps us see the possibility. Due diligence determines whether we proceed.
Find the right asset, assess its market position and negotiate an acquisition aligned with the proposed strategy.
Examine planning, title, access, servicing, demand, costs, timeframes and the proposed exit or holding strategy with relevant specialists.
Coordinate design, consultants, approvals and delivery around a practical scope, with cost and programme reviewed as the project progresses.
Prepare the completed asset for sale, leasing or longer-term ownership, guided by its intended market and the project objectives.

Banks Property Group was founded in 2002 by brothers Drew and Scott Banks, bringing together their property backgrounds and an interest in identifying quality opportunities.
Today, the business is being shaped as a dedicated acquisition and development arm within Scott’s wider group of property businesses, with a focus on subdivision, development and value creation.
Scott draws on more than 30 years of experience as a licensed estate agent and auctioneer. That experience brings a practical understanding of buyers, occupiers, asset positioning and the decisions that influence a property’s outcome.
Our starting point remains simple: understand the property, understand the market, and find a sensible way to bring the two together.
